New Lid

    New lid arrived today, feels so good to be back with an Arai :)

    Still have a spare visor and coloured insert that will go on for the summer.....

    A great helmet ain't they, best modification on the bike bar non, l love mine.

    Same with the Viper Gt for me. I've tried several times to replace it with something else cos it's knocking on a bit but I can't find another helmet that fits right.

    Well I was all arai too but after two sets of side pods.... And generally disappointed with plastic bits splitting decided to buy this.... Arrived today but bought on a whim and won't know how it performs at 100 plus ! Lol

    Me too. I wanted an Shoe before I got my Arai, It seems I have an "Arai" shaped head, I'm so glad I have they make great lids.

    I got a Arai head but love to try other makes. Loved my Rx7 until I crashed a few years ago

    I ve an Arai shaped head too...... large.......but strange its only a medium in HJC ?? lol

    Good to see some other Arai fans on here, they are an amazing piece of engineering and look/feel great too! I spent my pocket money on the Chaser V Superstar Black - in my humble opinion it looks the nuts!!

    I have a viper gt ( sinister ) , had it 4 years now. I am now looking at replacing it. I tried a shoei on today but didn't like it. I also tried a chaser v and liked the fit of that. I will wait till the Scottish bike show next month and see what that throws up .

    No more Arai helmets for me until they drop those bloody side pods. Nice helmets but £50 for side pods in one season is crap. Nice and comfortable but you don't realise how much noise those side pods create until you buy a quiet helmet. Still got my Viper but prefer my Schuberth - much quieter and no problems changing the visor.
