wonder would "new bike" be good enough for grounds for divorce.
but then knowing my luck she would get the bike in the settlement lol.

I have ridden my mate Darek's tricked, lightened and mapped 1098 a few times and it’s an absolute beast that if you gave it the chance it would royally roger you big time. Don’t get me wrong I love my blade, as I have the others I have owned, it would at a moments notice teach me a lesson in A&E I would not forget if I got carried away. But some how Ducati’s seduce you into not caring about anything else you hold dear, you know they are going to cost you a fortune both financially and emotionally but just to look at them………..and if you get to cock your leg at the weekend its all worth while. Hang on a minute this sounds an awful lot like Ling.

I also keep looking at this bad boy at Metropolis, brand new unregistered. I have even been and touched it, but it doesn’t have ABS so not for me but I still keep getting drawn back to it. It’s been there a while now so a deal might be on the cards if anyone is interested:

Go for it. Don't worry about the abs.
Thats another thing, you get spoilt when you have full brembos.
Going to nissin feels like the your brakes aren't working.

I know what your saying Phantom but I just can’t go there. Back in the summer I had a really really bad near miss experience that nearly made me hang up my leathers forever and I am convinced that if it was not for my ABS it could have been for the after life. I Just can’t do it, like my pure white helmets. Both are properly stupid I know but it is what it is. Simple as that.

In the end my Brembos were a lot better than the grip of the tyres.

    Unfortunately...

Oh no, don’t start again. I was off for a shower and bed to cuddle up to my loved one safe in the knowledge and a good nights sleep that keeping the blade is what I want and then you do that..........for the second time today. Your not helping mate, now I am going to be lying awake wondering how much a DP tail tidy, exhaust and carbon bits and pieces are going to cost me. You sodamite....

There's a 3 page review in the MCN of the MV F4 if you fancy a gander at that Jimbo. I know how u like your MV's :D

Also a review of the CB1100 that I know our Ken would enjoy.

bought it - read it - seems like every other mv before it but slightly better - not as good as the jap / bmw / aprillia rivals - would still have it over all of them!!

    stunning bike!

going to test one and the duke back to back....
