Bought a micro dash last year and had it fitted with no end of problems, loosing power, bike spluttering etc After several emails and conversations with translogic it transpires that the loom supplied with the dash was not suitable for 08 to 11 models to their surprise, as they never had fitted one to any of these models they assumed it would fit these models.. This meant that my bike was now the guinea pig for developing a loom to fit, all credit to translogic though, they come up with one and refunded me all the costs involved in fitting it. They were excellent in every way.... My question is, has anyone had one fitted in the last six months or so and if you have, have you had any problems ??
Would like one mate but they cost a pretty penny. Never knew they used your bike as the guinea pig one, good of them to refund your money.
they are expensive james but worth the money mate, translogic were great about the whole thing but i did do them a favour by highlighting the problem and providing my bike to test the new loom..
they refunded all your costs(dash,loom fitting,travel expense etc..,or all your costs incurred in fitting it?
Well the dash was fitted three times until they realised it needed a different loom so they paid for all of that...
