New K&N's, have I been conned???

    My new k&n fillters arrived for my rr5 today but they don't look like I imagined they should could someone tell me if they are correct or if I have been done?

    Look on the K&N Web site i would imagine there would be a photo of the product on there .(Then you can top yourself)!

    Don't have an RR5 but looks like no K&N I have ever seen :(

    Looks like they are Standard filters, not impressed at all

    They certainly don't look like k&n to me.
    I'd say you've been done

    They are not K&N filters . My K&N filters for my 06 blade are the same as Phantoms pic .

    From the pictures I can find on the net, these do look like the stock filters. I switched mine over to K&N in 05 but the old memory is not what it was, so cant remember what the stock ones looked like.

    i can be 99% sure they aint K&N........from those pics ? Were they in K&N boxes....??

    Just had an email back from him, he got them with his blade when he bought it and thought they had just not been fitted so sold them as unused k&n. seems like a genuine mistake and he said he will send refund. I'm a bit happier now :D

    Anyone know where I can get real ones cheap?

    No they are OEM, if like me you fit the K and Ns then put the stock ones in the box and hand to customer.

    I only get them from DynoJet and you can buy them cheaper than trade from eBay, I get very good deals on pipercross filters... Both are good but I have not seen more than 2 or 3 BHP from OEM to race! HRC race are ok for keeping chickens in....lol

    What would you say the best filter to go for is Arthur? Or is it more cost effective to stay OEM for the gains you get
