cheers dude, whats the difference between them apart from £2 price?

is the Meguiars Hot Rims All Wheel Cleaner any good aswell ? I normally just use WD40 on my rims and then wipe it off with a microfibre. Worried this stuff might affect the gloss on the wheels, I am assuming not...?

Being a bear of very little brain I always struggle to differentiate how the different ranges of Meguiars actually differ. As a rule of thumb, I generally buy the stuff in the purpley blue bottles.

As T&biscuits will testify, Blue is the safest colour to go with.

Neither - IMHO, the smaller bottles of detailing spray are not cost effective.

Pop online and buy a big bottle of "Last Touch" along with a spraying bottle to go with it.

No difference for the £2 but the red mist is a detailer and sealant. And is the mutts

I also have Hot rims but don't use it much. I apply this: Swissvax UK

expensive but makes cleaning the wheels much better. just apply tiwce a year. easy to remove crap from the wheels after. it's only a small pot but should last years

I wouldn't like to try it mate, I suspect it will introduce smaller scratches.

Might be worth trying something like this - Xerapol Plastic Polish & Scratch Remover

Sorry, forget everything I just said! ScratchX will be great for that kind of thing as they do have a lacquer.

There are some much better products out there. Megs is not bad, after I found Autogym then went to megs. Dodo all the way now. Swissvax is great but expensive

    Bought many items from here
Clean Your Car - car care products UK

    always helpful

Chemical Guys, Poorboys and Collinite also very good

FinishKare #425 - Ultra Slick Polywipe another quality product

You and I both know that mate, but Movistar specifically asked for something from Meguiars. Presumably for ease of getting hold of it...?

Personally Chemical Guys does it for me on the cost vs quality side of it. Happy to pay more than Meguiars prices, but not Swissvax prices ;)
