Hello, shipmate. Not my area but I'd like your advice. I am looking to join a RoSPA group presently. Either the SMART group or Mole Valley or something. Any thoughts on either mob? I'm in SW London. Thank you.
I have no experience of the Mole Vally Group unfortunately. The SMART group I have done a lot of work with at their Crawley branch having been the guest speaker their on several occasions, and I am very impressed by their set up and quality of instruction. Other groups you may be interested in which I can recommend www.netroadar.org They are based in West Essex on the London/Essex border. I know Paul Reeve very well and he is top drawer. Thames Valley RoADAR. I was a founder member of this group back in the day (early 1980's) based in Reading, but not been so imopressed with some of the things they have been doing as a group, possibly because of some in house fighting.
