Hey Guys I'm lookin at gettin myself a good quality set of rearset but not sure what ones to go for! I'm lookin for a good range of adjustment but quality as well, preferably in Gold. I know a few of you have had Gilles but reviews varies on these sayin dependin on the bike they don't drop any lower than standard pegs! I really fancy the Gilles VCR but need to spend wisely as rearset ain't cheap 'n' I ain't flush Any help will be greatly appreciated Cheers in advance. Trev
I have the gilles vcr on my bike and very happy with them, had TWR and diamond in the past and they were just as good.. loads of good ones out there, think it comes down to how much dosh you want to shell out
I loved the VCRs so I'm no help SES look good Dan has them and would of been my second choice, good value as well
Was chatting to a mates Bro on sunday who races Bemsee and he uses the diamonds. they look decent and cheap in comparison. For £250 - think i'll be sticking these on the track bike tbh. Diamond racing rearsets depends if you want bling or not!?
Are there any rear-sets that actually lower the Pegs at all? From my recent investigations in to Gillies etc that's a No?
Hi mate that's the main reason for this thread as I read the same! I don't want to buy rearsets just for the looks but for the adjustment and quality is a must
these have a hydrolic brake switch that screws into output of brake master cylinder works a treat loads of adjustment but not sure if u can get gold
Anyone know if the Arata rearsets can be used with the OEM brake light switch? I think some of the Gilles ones have a bracket that allows the OEM switch to be used.
Rizoma are just pure Porn!! Those Flyhammer's look rather funky. Had a quick look on Harris's website, but like most of the others they have the option to purchase an inline/hydraulic pressure brake switch?
The new lightechs are fantastic....great quality too. Lee711 has some nice ones.... Dunno which ones though.
