Went to the UK premier at The Empire Leicester Sq. last night. Absolutely fantastic film. Got there about an hour before the film started and hung around in the bar. Keith Flint's Moto2 bike was parked in the bar with a big security guard next to it. The frame is a real piece of work. No sign of Flinty himself though. Toby Moody is chatting to Bradley at the Bar. Various other riders are wandering around. Spotted Cal Crutchlow, Chas Davies, all of the Mackenzie clan. There were others but I'm not really a celeb botherer. They were cheerfully signing autographs and having pics taken if you wanted though. Toby Moody introduced the film alone as Julian Ryder's car had broken down on the way, apparently vorsprung durch technik stopped going forward on the M3. He got there in end. The film itself focusses quite heavily on Rossi so if you are not a Rossi fan this might grate a little. I loved it, it gave some great insight into the MotoGP world. There are some excellent pieces of editing and some extremely funny bits. I don't want to go into too much detail and spoil it for those who have yet to see it. After the film Toby and Jules and some of the riders went down to the front to host a Q & A session but unfortunately I had to leave to catch my train. If you can go and see it at a Cinema but it's only on on two days Sunday 25th Sept and Tuesday 27th Sept. If not wait for the DVD.
The films news to me, spend most of my time on another planet? I'll see where its on locally and increase my morgage to buy some pop corn ?
Old thread I know but I watched this on dvd a few weeks ago. Awesome film and very well worth a watch.
I can't seem to find it anywhere. Every time i look on ebay i just get Fastest Fords or some rubbish like that.
The also sell in it HMV. It's been in every one of their stores I've been in. The box always jumps out at me
