Snow day tomorrow ??

So any one else thinking it might be a snow day for them tomorrow ?
Snows coming down well here in Sussex and is set to till 7 am apparently, so with that and the fact not one single gritter has been out I think it may be a snow day tomorrow.

Oh and the fact I parked my work van down the bottom of a hill

 

Snow , -8 , windy , outside taps frozen , horses water frozen ,
Fire won't go properly , happy days

 

Do you mean log burner ? If so yes its pissing me off big time

 

Blowing fumes back into house ,
House stinks of smoke ,
Don't know what hell is wrong with it

 

Does it use a chimney or a metal flue mate ?

 

Chimney mate , its all been cleaned out two weeks ago ,
But was working fine last night ?

 

Might just be because its so cold outside and its not getting warm enough to start drawing.
If you have a blow torch or something use that to heat the chimney up.
Just stick it up the chimney for a bit on full whack.

Would also help in future if you had a flue liner dropped down the chimney aswell, will also be safer.
