Preferred oil?

    I'm looking to give my bike a service in the next couple of weeks and was wondering what oil you guys and gals prefer to give your bike and why?
    Opie oils is only a few miles away from my work and they normally seem to offer slightly better prices over the counter than on tinternet and they keep quite a seletion.

    Castrol Power 1 Racing 4t 10/30...... if Carlsberg made oil....enough said

    Should I be using 10/30 I thought it was 10/40.
    Perhaps I should have also added my bikes a RR6 year model

    And I take it you are all using 10/30 over 10/40

    When I had my 07 I used 10/40 which I'm pretty sure is the recommended grade, for new Blades they say use 10/30, I use Castrol as well, cheapest place I seen it is Asda's £25.00

    agreed - my bike even has a small sticker on saying Honda recommend this lol

    That's unusual for a supermarket to be selling bike grade engine oils!
