Hi Colin, Yeah I wore a 2 piece for my track day there as long as they can zip together! I'll have to get back to you about textiles tho because if it's just parade laps I think anything should go! I know for track day it must be leathers 1 piece or zip together 2 piece! I'll find out for definite tho
Thats me just booked into the Hotels up North, I am meeting up with Trevor next weekend to do the Easter Egg Run, still running my bike in, I have got about 240 miles done so far but the weather has been so poor, but will get some miles in with Trevor Next week Looking forward to meeting you all. Really looking forward to the run, its a wonderful place for a bike, I never tire of it.

even if it stays cold the roads will be clear - all it will mean is photos at 'The Lecht' ski resort may have a white back drop, also from Applecross / The Comando memorial the hills will be white. THe amount of snow on the hills for the time of year is unheard of in recent years - ski resorts normally about to close but conditions now at all 5 are the best they have ever known and its pretty much April.
Sorry if this comes out and sounds wrong? FAO any potential moaners and the groaners! But IMO Regardless of what gets thrown at us We just dress and ride accordingly to the conditions we encounter, who knows what the weathers going to be, does anyone anymore? So let's all just enjoy the trip for what it stands for, a lot of effort has gone into this, and I for one won't let anything spoil it for me. We've all took a gamble and yes, we're committed, if it helps? treat it just like a days ride out where you pull the curtains open, if what you see don't suit? Just say feck that and climb back into a warm bed, and stay at home! The only difference is, it's going to cost them what they've paid to secure their place. I'm only saying BTW,I mean absoulutly no offence but please! Before we become a bunch of Victor Meldrews just Stop with the Moaning about something we can't control and putting a downer on the trip for everyone before we've even started it. That's All. Ta
A born leader and good comment .I am ok as Si has kindly offered to borrow me his leathers and as they have a built in Marsupial pouch at the front i should be able to squeeze in a couple of hot water bottles !
