My wife is away working abroad at the moment, due to this she is obviously missing home and decided to 'google map' our house. When I spoke to her yesterday she said "I google mapped our house the other day, it shows you cleaning your Repsol fireblade on the driveway". I remember the car with a camera on top driving down and as we live in a cul-de-sac turning round. Can I get it removed as that will look great for would-be thieves?
Don't know mate, but be interested in the answer as my house has a car on the drive I'd rather not be there
No they won't remove it.they have my dads bike and the reg in full view. I sent off maybe twenty emails to the maps content remover but the bike Is sill there reg in full view. Only good thing is its sold on but sill could Attract the unwanted attention.
You can ask for it to be removed, I have a colleague who's had it done to remove his car from the view. Tell them you've been robbed before though!!! Go here: Street View ?
