    Great Price,
It costs me about that much with a Trade Card and they generally always have them in stock.

Doubt that price will be beaten

They are selling that for a £1 plus cost.I know cos I buy it at £19 odd plus vat through a distributor.Cheap enough to get you through the door.
08 onwards should be 10w30 fully synthetic.

It must be good cos it goes In red and comes out very light brown. Not sure what motorcycle oils are the best though, can anyone tell us what alternative makes are good and what makes to avoid.Car oils I know but bikes I'm still learning.

Good price. Would 10/40 be ok in a 08 onwards Blade? - I know 10/30 is recomended, but I've already got some 10/40.

I would stick to what's recommended which is 10/30, in a car I would use slightly different but in a bike I would use what's recommended. For £26 for 4 litres you might as well use the correct oil

your 10W is the flow rate in winter, the 30 or 40 is the flow rate in summer at engine temp of 100C, in modern engines the norm is 30 and normally would only consider a 40 on an old engine or smoker, ie 40 flows slower so potentially slower to protect vital metal parts, so on these bikes 30 is your number.
