How on earth are they going to police that.Filling up with lid on and take it off to pay.. They haven't thought that threw have they.... "take your lid off or else you carnt pay"..... If i wasn't empty i wouldn't have filled up there.

as lovely out yesterday, if you ignored the slight edge to the air and the salt on the roads. Some friends and I did one of the local easter egg runs then went up to the Green Wellie as 1 - my bike had never been that far and 2 - it's the law. Back round via Invararay over the rest and home. Bike is now broken in (> 200 mile all in pushing it over the 300 required) Just need to wash her now. Oh and I paid for fuel with my lid on (twice). Did take my sunglasses off though (but that was for me). Stupid rule.
I reckon some of these Garages reckon anyone with a helmet on is going to pull a Shooter out and demand all the Dollars from the till! Therefore asking you to take ya lid off, or having a sign saying no lids etc in the shop makes them feel better as the CCTV has your face on film. What they don't think of is that anyone intent on a hold up aint gunna be bothered about any signs anyway!
Yes it is Steve and after yesterday, myself and all Gingas worldwide are suffering radiation sickness today for the first time this year. Whoopee!! Oh, was that a tooth falling out...?
