Arai RX7 Corsair Randy Replica Helmet Red/Black/White w/Integrated Bluetooth | eBay My sister in law is coming from the US and can bring it back with her... but not 100% sure, i like the Bluetooth and the integrated buttons.. not seen this before.. its dated 12/2007 I had a Collins Edwards RX7 - loved it but it was yellow..now i have another one - and i like to listen to music when i ride and dont like to ear ear phones as it can be a pain! I was actuallt looking for a GP - but the buttons are a wanting factor.. Any thoughts?
I dunno, drilling holes in any helmet can't be helping the structural integrity. Also it doesn't seem to have the gold ACU sticker. IMO something like this should not have any modification that might reduce it's protection.
My personal opinion I wouldn't want to listen to music or have my phone ring whilst riding, too off putting for me and wouldn't want the distraction
I'm with ya there blade, I initially was all up for getting a Blutooth headset for streaming music, sat nav instructions and phone calls but having got back in to the swing of things I think you need 100% concentration blatting about on UK roads. Fair enough Touring in the USA etc where you may have mile on mile of empty roads to slog along.
Depends if your collecting them as hobby then big yes. But not for ridding in no way. I sold my old dark vader Simpson 1979 lid for £600 on ebay few months ago an the fella had 77 Simpson lids

No No No No No, Never buy a second hand helmet. Who knows what’s happened to it. I dropped a nearly new one once off my seat, only a slight mark that could have been polished out, but who knows what had happened to the shell. When I got home I drilled holes in the top and put the ball end of a hammer through it to ensure it didn’t somehow get back into the food chain.

It's a no from me too as for playing music in your ear I'd rather Hear my blades akrapovic now that is music to my ear
