Both pic of crashes clearly show cars accross the roads at junctions! But police said people (car drivers) dont expect vehicles (bikes)to be traveling at 100mph!! towards them.Ive had cars pull out in front of me at 10mph. so!!!!

Each day in London, an average of 12 road traffic accidents take place involving vehicles belonging to the Metropolitan Police, resulting in deaths and serious injury.

and that's just London, does wonder what the stats are for the whole UK?

So maybe the One show could have a program devoted to people killed by the police in RTA's on UK roads?
and another on how safe or legal is for an unmarked police bike or car to ride/drive down roads at very high speeds without "blue and two's"?

Seriously one sided, as usual, then they show one idiot speeding, performing dangerous overtakes going up hill with a blind left hander. the tosser deserved to be pulled over but unfortunately we are now all tarred with his oily brush.

Yep, bikers mis-represented as usual by crap journalistic drivel who haven't got a grip on the facts. Hayabusa superbike my arse, took all his time to catch the nob on the R1.

There are plenty of bad cop vids out there too does that mean they are all the same? Of corse not and if the BBC did claim that then I bet they would get sued by the police so whys it different for us?

The authorities in the UK have tried to undermine bikers for decades. This sort of biased drivel is typical propaganda. Ever wondered why there are never adverts for bikes on tv, or billboards? Nah, let's advertise more 'kin cars, I mean the rds need more clogging...
For those that haven't been, go to France for a week this summer, you'll hate coming back!
    Rant over.

IF they want to do a show on a serious accident issue, then they should focus on TFL and London Bus crashes. There was a report out last week, the figures are stunning, they are involved in around 27000 collisions per year. They are one of the biggest treats to cyclists and jumping red lights has become the norm rather than the exception.

Anyone either commuting or riding a motorcycle in London will know the issues with lawless red Buses.

Just look at the number of immovable objects they are hitting, like trees, bus stops etc, mindblowing.

Have a look at this report commissioned under the Freedom of Information Act request to TFL....any other transport body or company in the UK with these kind of accident figures would be closed down.

The summary figures are second last page.

I have Police mates and consider a few of the BIB on here to be friends as well. I did not see the show but was it more the police pointing the blame at bikers generally or how the show was filmed and edited that was more at fault
