If we call keep an eye out on ebay, bike sites parts of this bike are bound to be seen

Mods - perhaps we add a 'stolen bikes' or 'Stolen Blades' section to keep these sticky?

The rim tape is quite unique - it will need an ECU and lockset if its to ever go on the road

Also nose cone graphic not standard - drilled R&G side panels - just things to look for.

I assume the majority of Bikes that get robbed in London and elsewhere are Bikes that are parked up regular in the same place day after day thus making it easy for the Thieves to plan a lift?

My RR6 was lifted from Tower Hill last July, it was the 1st superbike nicked in a year in The City, after breaking up a bike gang the previous summer , after that another 12 went in the next 7 weeks, that was he last time they updated me.
If it isn't chained to something then you might as well leave the keys in the ignition.

Yes it is easy to find them, they are all in the same place everyday, and the chances of getting it back...... Toss up between no hope and Bob Hope...and he checked out some time ago

Think if I left my bike parked up I'd def. fit a tracker - even one of the cheap ebay units and geofence where it is so if it moves out that area it alerts you -

Had a demo of a device at work in the week for lone workers - basically it tracks / tags them - lots of good features to put on a bike though even to point if bike falls over it will alert emergency contacts. £20 a month I think for the unit

Had to ride up to Blackfriars on Thursday as the trains from Brighton were all screwed. Literally all of the bike bays were full and after 50 minutes of driving around and with my clutch hand about to fall off I had to leave it in London Bridge in my old spot when I was a student there and had an RD350.

I've got something called Trakking from datatool which texts me if the bike even gets wobbled. I can view its current position on a map on my iPhone and if I'm busy and it gets nicked the guys in the monitoring centre will liaise with the cops to locate the bastards. It doesn't record speed data which is the reason I chose this one ;)

Mine wasn't... First day riding after the snows in Jan/Feb. Parked in Whites Row because we'd moved offices and it was slightly easier walk than the other... 600RR nicked by 2 blokes on a scooter pushing it out.

Whites Row apparently is rife for it. All opportunistic. Wish I'd known before hand. Cops don't care, car park powerless to do anythng except tell the cops... who continue to not care...

I want to give sympathy when i see posts like this, but all i feel is anger and the need to buy a shotgun and go all Bronson on these Feckers!
Ive never got over the loss of my old FZR600 (outside my house in the snow and not running as id removed plugs), to make it worse the insurance never paid on a technicality (double feckers).

I do hope they find your bike quick, or at least you get a half decent offer to be able to replace it.

Read my post of today it's similar

Both my thefts from SE 10 seem similar- one was discovered in South Ockenden the other I can't tell u here but post up a contact and I'll give you the OIC details he may be able to help. The 5-0 round here think it's highly organised - I don't know but worth a try mate. That was a minter you had there. GaryS
