I know this has been covered like a gazillion times but this stuff rocks, not a fan of of the dry white stuff as it doesn't seem to last very well in the rain and doesnt really provide corrosion protection. Most other lubes just fling off but this stuff is uber sticky and ain't going nowhere.

Did an experiment on a old piece of chain with dry white lube, Silkolene and Motul C2 hain lube.

White lube (Wurst and s doc) just doesnt spread ( in use my chain corroded in no time)
Silkolene spreads well but too greasy, gonna fling all over the place ( in use just collected on my rear wheel and inside sprocket cover)
Motul spreads all over (and into) the chain, nice and clingy. ( used for a week now no mess no corrosion, this is awesome given I have riden this in a wet week and the amount of salt on the road is pretty bad)

(BTW also had a Scottoiler also too messy!)

Dont recall seeing it, just got some off ebay

MOTUL C1 Motorcycle Chain Clean Cleaner & C2 Chain Lube Lubrication 400ml | eBay.

In all honesty, I do a lot of miles 12000 miles + easy per annum in all weathers(rain, ice snow and salt) tried Wurth, sdoc, Muc Off, Silkolene Titanium, Silkolene Semi Synth, Castrol, Motor oil, gear oil, scott oiler, cod liver oil, the list gets boring!. All I ask for is zero corrosion, zero fling and max longevity of chain and sprockets.

I think I may have found the holy grail!

    EDIT

It's very similar to the stuff that comes as standard on a new chain
