i aint being nosey Steve......but am i right that you get alot of car for the money ?....and how do these motors compare over the years ?? Some real bargains out there via trader and fleebay ?
You do indeed Rob. They tend to have low mileage too as they are not cheap to run. If you get a pre 2006 the road tax is £270. Post 2006 it's £500 a year! The first model is 276bhp. Face lifted in 2006 and power increased to 296. 2007 a few more changes and 313bhp. There are some poor examples out there, but if you look minters are there. I really wanted a 2008 but the 56 plate I bought is like new and has been really well looked after. I paid £9000.
Well Steve its a cracking looking car........keep us all informed with info.....might be interested in making an offer when you get rid in 6 months time, if just like the Repsol RC8 and astra its bound to be all blinged up !
