    HI,

Any thoughts on Dunlop Qualifier 2's for my blade for road use? RR5

i have 2CT's on at the moment and do like em..but they will need replacing in the next 1000 miles.

May get some track days in this year..

Forget the qualifiers and get sportsmarts, a much better tyre!

I run the Q2s on my '11 blade and I like them but partly because I buy them at a good price from Jakewilson .com in the US, but they seem to be a decent handling tyre in my opinion.
We get ripped of for tyres here in Aust.
Its interesting that sportsmarts are sold here and in the UK but not in the US.
I can fit a pair of Q2s from us for about $200 less than a pair of sportsmarts fitted and bought here.
    Is there really much difference?

The Qualifier 2's are great in the Dry and would make a good Track Day Tire, especially if you could get some cheap like these for instance! ;)

What others mean is the Qualifiers are not as good as other alternatives in the wet & greasy conditions, so there are better choices for all round use, the clues in the name!

Thanks, I only ride in the dry, it rarely rains here. Besides, the bike would get dirty!
