Iv had a few pc3's fitted to other bikes, and will be getting something for the rr8 blade soon, just wondering what everyones view is on the best one for an rr8 blade, Im not interested in the bazzaz Qs and traction control just the fueling module , all 3 are near the same price, also I know the bazzaz connects to all 8 injectors, dont know if this makes much differance, and looking at powercommander website , the pcv for the rr8 only connects to #1 and #4 injectors , is this right
the pc has more tuning centers that know how to set them up but tbh its all about personal choice as they both do as good a job as the map put into them. I went with the PCV as I got it cheap on ebay.
ye I have seen a couple cheap on ebay, also a pc3 cheap for rr8 , does the pcv only have connectors for #1 and #4 and a throttle position connector??
yeah throttle body plug and the two injectors.there is a fitting guide on youtube.when I bolted mine on the power increase was night and day, likes to wheelie all the time now in most gears.
Well talking to Danny who will probably be doing your tuning!! from listening to him he seems to think bazzaz are best, what a guy by the way! You should ask him his opinion!
Yep was thinkin of sending him a txt or email about it alright, I know he supplys and fits the bazzaz
Bazzaz is better if you want all the extra functionality But if its for doing a fuel map only it won't do any Better a job than the pcv.
Ye thats the way im thinkin Phantom, iv had a qs on my old 954 and although it is a savage mod , I just dont want it anymore , and no interest in traction control either, so ill prob just go with the cheapest option when im buyin , I know the bazzaz only maps every 500rpm and pcv every 250rpm , maybe ill just give the lad that will be tuning it d call and see which one he prefers and why
