Ok boys a little confusion so I will start this thread and other "leaders to add both times and meeting points based on the previous information of which I will start and then hand over to Steve (The Firebloke) who will then hand over ect ect please let's keep it simple with perhaps just the leaders making decisions so we have a clear path to the promise land .... FIRST MEET Will be at Lymm Truckstop M6 M56 junction Riders Jimbo and crew and Andy me and Jason suggest we meet in the truckers restaurant at 10 .30 am to meet and greet our southern friends and to have breakfast to leave at 11 am the boys may need fuel which is next door so should be away 11.15 prompt .carry on up the M6 and come off for the meet at Wham Lane (fly by) meeting The FireBloke GaryB and Cbr1 (Steve Gary and Craig) at 11.50 The Firebloke now takes control over towards Devils bridge and this is where Steve adds his notes .......

Two of us will be heading to Hawick on Thursday midday from the east, so i'll probably head up the A19 through York/Darlington to avoid the drone of the A1 and then along the A68 towards Jedburgh. So if we don't see you on the way then we'll see you at the pub in the evening.

Ok I've calmed down now Everything should be as Giv says in his first post...........which is exactly what I proposed in the first place I have Giv's mobile so if there's any problems on the day he can get in touch. I'll be waiting at Wham Lane from 11.15am. Onwards and upwards!
do you have an ETA for Devil's bridge? Google whatsit says about half an hour. Are you exiting M6 junction 36? It is today isn't it. I find it difficult to follow some of the threads sometimes. Especially threads as long as the Scotland trip
I have read it and at first thought Dave had chipped in again but no ... A double act now I am not going to comment on anything past Wham lane as this is The Fireblokes responsibility and his only .Leaving Lymm on the 9TH MAY THIS YEAR at around 11.15 which gives the lads who have had to grind up from Kent a rest stop and fuel then we will ride up the M6 to Wham lane which keeping to reasonable speed limits i would think we should get there for about 11.50 ish this is a fly past so only The Firebloke can work out how long it takes to get to devils bridge .
I can't wait for the Friday when the full group is together who's squadron leader for that HUGE task. I will be the first to buy Colin and Al a wee dram or in case we don't make Scotland a Pint as I think they will need it. That said cant wait for it though its going to be a right laugh.

If I can get cover for the shop and it is fine, I hope to join you for a few miles. J36 is great for me to join up with you to Devil's Bridge and beyond. Are you actually stopping at DB or is it just a fly-by? Where is your next stop from DB. I know I could check the other thread but it is far too long to try and ascertain the final route.
Mr Rushforth, please stop talking about junction 36 as we are going nowhere near it! You really need to check the thread to view our route. However I would be delighted to meet you at Devil's Bridge at the aforementioned time.
