Beer... drop to pilsner lager lowest sugar content...... i know i like real ale bread say by by as this is the killer..... my weakness as sandwiches are the most suitable thing at work. try no carbs 3 hours before bed.... oh and up your protein intake to substitute carbs where possible.... i'm dieting at the moment so i fall out with everything.... many the fridge

well started already so the thought is there. Eating Raspberry's for brekky but just looking at seems they have 4.6grams of carbs per punnet,i thought fruit was good
Just be careful when cutting out the things you've relied on up until now. Your body has become used to balancing your normal diet with it's requirements and wherever possible will use it all or subject it to waste. Fat cell creation is your body investing in a possible future where it cannot make the chemicla it needs to function correctly. Ensure that you include the four major food groups with each meal to aid it maintaining a healthy balance. Sugar, Salt, Lard and Beer. My physique is fuelled purely on these items and it's made me a sexual Tyrannosaurus.
yer sound about right... usual 2 per 10 g of raspberrys..... an average banana has 28g. i know several MMA fighters and all swear by the no carbs rule... some say non after 6 some say 3 hours.... i'm weak and usual eat when i get in.
The tyrannosaurus might not have the biggest pecker in the world but had a hell of a big hammer behind it
Nice one Si, biscuits and the odd sweet are my biggest downfall, I go gym 3/4 times a week, I spend an hour running on the tredmill and then on a few wieght machine's. lost probably about a stone, but didn't need to loose too much. Keep it up matey.
