Your alright Jason that's kinda normal! My wife is more excited than me & I'm excited It just make me wonder what the fark she's gonna get up too when I'm away Sayin that it'll probably be reverse psychology I'll pay for it at a later date
I know that feeling. I've packed my Oxford panniers & expandable tail pack and they only just have enough room left for the jeans & trainers yet to go in.
Maybe not the best advertisement for what should be a great forum trip, I am sure the intelligent, mature, safe and level headed members lucky enough to go on this trip will have no problems at all Is blaggers going ?
Totally agree with Giv on this one.... Before it gets out of hand, and not taking away from all the effort you've put in al, I think this might have been a very bad judgement call mate. Last time I checked you had to be a grown up to pass your test, and believe it or not, we've all toured and ride in groups with no dramas. This could be an amazing weekend, but too much emphasis on systems and behaviour will just take out the enjoyment for me and no doubt others. Now lets just get back to what it should be - load of blokes having a crack and riding some awesome roads and having a pint and sharing the laughs at the end of a good days fun ride!
do we know how many GoPro's we got on this trip , plus SLR's cameras / tripods etc. Looking forward to the group shot with this behind it
That bridge has to be seen. I see it on a regular basis and it still amazes me. Recently been on a party boat that left from north queensferry and anchored up underneath the 2 bridges, and ended up sitting up on the top deck just admiring the engineering, and all from a long gone period of ingenuity.
Oh boy Muff that's impressive mate! Feck me they'll see that from the moon no way are you gettin lost! All you need now are the lights with you name and you'll be like the Think Bike telly ad Is that a 20 gallon fuel drum in the expanding tail pack? You'll need it for the amount of drag you'll be conjuring up mate Saying that it depends on which away the wind blows get it behind you and you'll sail the course [/QUOTE]
Yeah i remember the Ad. My neon sign would read, "Think muff" I guess you're all travelling light then and I havn't leaned the art of packing yet. Maybe I can downsize a little. I'll give it a go later.
