Yeah, looks like that's the rolling promo channel that'll be on till August. £12pm (£15 for HD) is a lot if you're already shelling out a fair bit for Sky, but their plans sound great with broadcasting of all FPs, QPs and proper pre- and post-race coverage. (Also if you like Prem footie, club Rugby, tennis then you're getting those as well) Century TV have done a fantastic job with the current coverage but have been right-royally shafted by the Beeb with their crappy scheduling, measly 30-min build-ups and cutting out before they even get to the podiums, not to mention races shunted around to non-HD channels and even the Red-sodding-Button, f'chrissakes! Fingers crossed BT Sport make a good fist of it and we should be able to enjoy proper coverage for a change.

This whole thing pisses me right off, I ONLY watch the moto GP and have NO interest in any other sports! What a rip off! For the first time Im thinking they can stick it! Tweet the tossers at @BTSport
Just moved house and signed up to plus net so tied into a contract now! so were completely shafted too! I only want to watch the bloody racing ffs! mght ry Mozs suggestion of dorna pass if available
I had bt infinity and it was the biggest pile of cr@p. wifi signal was very poor and liked to drop out constantly, bt said go buy an apple wifi booster to fix it...well thats what it sounded like as it was hard to make out the accent. so I canceled and moved to sky and no way am I going back to BT just for motogp, they will have to be ready for a large drop in viewers this year as more take to torrents and free downloads to watch it from now on.
Very disappointed. I have BT Infinity, but via Plusnet so I won't be able to get it for free. I can't see how this is a good move for Dorna/MotoGP in general - surely it will only decrease the audience size for a short term profit from selling the broadcasting rights to BT. Think that I'll be watching more British Superbikes instead!
Dear BBC I saw today that BT have won the rights to show MotoGP from 2014. BT want a £15 activation fee and a £12 monthly fee to watch the channel, or in other words £159 per annum. In these time of financial hardship it is simply not possible to pay extra for something which I already had via yourselves, and so compromises need to be made and I am therefore going to need to reduce my other costs with regards to TV in order to allow me to continue to watch this fantastic sport. As a result I will be reducing the amount I pay for a TV license to cover the shortfall, and with the current cost of a license of £145.50 per annum it means you will owe me £13.50. Please send me a cheque to cover this shortfall and I would appreciate prompt payment or I will be forced to send threatening and harassing letters on a regular basis, you know the sort of thing that TV Licensing do on your behalf. Yours in Anticipation Mr Barstewardsquad
Well that's me screwed then! Only got Freeview HD & Freesat HD with Plus Net broadband. Left BT some time ago as their product & customer service is shocking! Also gave up Sky as the wife didn't watch most of the channels & I only really watched Eurosport on it, so couldn't justify the cost of re-run movies At the moment I get to watch the MotoGP on BBC2 HD & the BSB highlights on ITV HD & get the old man to record WSB onto a DVD-RW from Eurosport.
Sky channel 413, wasn't that MOTORS TV? Bugger that's all the AMA racing out the window along with the endurance, indy, oval, rallycross etc.
