This Sunday, Anyone local free? I may go to Elan Vally. Would be leaving by 9Am. If anyone wants to meet at Aust Service by the old bridge by 9:30Am that would be ideal

Thinking of a run to Elan Valley on Sunday (weather dependant) any idea what time you would be there? Assuming you go.

He'll be back - weather looks really good at the moment so one way or another I'm going in that direction. Where you located? I'll be taking the A44 to Leominster then towards Talgarth rather than good ole Crossgates - too much queuing for a cuppa and the most expensive petrol in the county.

I normally go straight on where the A44 turns right the other side of Leominster - it's the A4112 then changes to the A438 - past Whitney on Wye to Three Cocks then left into Talgarth. Not sure on the timing cos not sure when Remal will land. I'd guess 45 mins or less from Leominster to Talgarth.

Yes that's a good road that 4112 Red. I'm 6 miles away up the 4111 in kington. If we had a time I could meet you at the 4111/4112 junction and we could zip down to Talgarth and meet up with Remal.

That makes your average speed 20mph unless Google Maps have the distance wrong between Chepstow and Talgarth LOL. I assume there must be a fag break at Abergaveny coach station.

I think my usual departure time to avoid loads of traffic Worcester to Leominster would be too early. I'll play it by ear and if I'm up and about early may go via Abergaveny myself.

OK boys, it look like remal going to be at the car park on talgarth island at 11.30 so Red if you do decide to come down the 4112 i'll see you at the junction where it meets the 4111 at 11.00. If i not there carry on cos i'll have gone up the 44 to crossgates instead. Whatever you do, be careful cos the old bill know we all be out on our bikes and they'll be all over Herefordshire and Powys like a rash.
    I'll be ridin this....
