I love the noise to. Compared to my screaming 600 to the throaty 1000 does sound awesome . I wonder what it will be like with a free flowing filter . Would you get a deeper induction noise ?
Dan hopefully one day I will find out, I bought the blade as a commuter and track toy but something has happened, I have fallen head over heels with it and I dont want to get it dirty and wet I think it'll look lovely on a stand next to the GSXR in my carpeted garage lol
Thats what has happened to me lol.. I rode all winter on my last bike , Put 22k on the clock in 3 years ... I just can't do it to the Blade , She only goes out in the dry , washed after every ride and tucked up in bed every night Ha Ha ..................... Oh man iv turned into a weekend warrior Ha Ha
Yeah I broke my own rule and went out for a spin last night. The universe waited until I was at the turn around point then rained on me so I would spend the maximum amount of time wet, riding on tarmac with a light basting of water, grease and cowshit, topped off by a police car that was more than happy to follow me all the way home for my protection.
Itching now to get out later ,then reality sets in when you get home .traffic /Cold/dark and no were special to go .Roll on Weekend!
If a police car follows you, the trick is to pull over and stop. If they carry on, you just wait a bit then go on your way. If they stop too, you just pretend you thought they were pulling you over.
You would not believe the things people do when I am behind them 20-25 in a 40 limit, even in a 30 im thinking for god sake please speed up I goit a job to get to or some chicken to eat lol. You can tell they are nervous though, if I see a bike I follow it to perv on it if it wanted to piss off I aint gonna catch it, if a biker is wearing all the gear and riding smoothe not liker an idiot in a hoodie and jeans your unlikely to get a tug unless your in Wales but we'll leave that one for another thread 2hats them sheep worriers!!!
