I made a fatal mistake today. Went to a Honda dealership to have my 2009 HRC blade MOT'd and thought I'd have a quick innocent browse around, after all, what harm can it do?

The 2013 Repsol Fireblade was in there and what a stunner.
I love the colour scheme on my bike, but I'm seriously tempted with this. The fact they're still doing 0% certainly helps sweeten the deal too.

God damn it, why did I have to look around?

    Put me off someone, quick!

Didn't think the 2013 were on 0%. I had a butchers until I got my trade in price.. £6000 for a 2011 ABS Repsol with 2500 miles. W@nkers!

Ah! You've raised a good point there Rich. I need to check the trade-in price, that'll surely be enough to put me off swapping. :)

But the dealer said if I go Repsol I'll be elbow-down Marquez stylie. Was he just bullshitting me for the deal? LOL

If I already had a reasonably new Blade I'd be holding back till the Active suspension/Traction control/Reliable ABS/Adjustable Power settings/Colour Dash with FUEL GAUGE and 195bhp at the wheel model comes out in 2014/15 if I were you!

Yes, something like that, it might not be grammatically correct but close enough. Funny, the swear words I can recall without that much effort. Maybe I should have just said 'no seas un coño'

If they are struggling to get ABS right, I can't see them jumping that far forwards... I'd buy one if they did though providing it was not the £20k the HP4 carbon is lol

The thing Honda do best is the basics of a pure motorcycle... I'd still try and keep my current 2013 just to have the last of the blades you have to ride yourself.

You bought one of the Grantham specials didn't you, GSP?
Looked fantastic in the pictures. Did you get the std exhaust with it too?
