It's supercar and superbike meet this coming Sunday 2nd June......never been myself but weather looking good and might well have a pootle down to "Glorious Goodwood".

Anyone been to such an event before, sounds like fun and Lord March normally knows what he is doing when it comes to petrol headiness....

Be nice to meet some more forun members if you fancy it, maybe meet up for the ride down whatever.

That's a shame Jimbo, you have have been "out and about" a bit lately and home is where the heart is after all ......perhaps we can have a little Sth East meet up again in the not too distant future and I'll try not to lose you boys again.....:(

I not certain I'm going but I applied to park 'on site' as one of the themed vehicles.

Got a reply today saying my bike is of special interest and I've got a space place on the grid !

Must be a Repsol thing !

8am arrival is a bit harsh though. I'd have to leave at 6am.

Thank you for your pre-registration confirming that you intend to come to SUPER CAR SUNDAY - 02/06/2013.

As well as representing Sunday’s theme, we feel that your car will also be of particular interest to the attendees on the day. With this in mind, we are delighted to give you the opportunity to be one of the featured vehicles in the primary display area on the Grid.

To stand the best chance of obtaining a prime spot, featured vehicles should arrive by 08.00 hrs, and should be prepared if possible to stay on site until at least 11.30 hrs on the day.

When you arrive at Goodwood Motor Circuit please have your E-ticket Car Parking Form displayed in the windscreen of your car so the Marshal team can direct you to your parking location.
Many thanks for your support, and we look forward to welcoming you to SUPER CAR SUNDAY- 02/06/2013.

    Kind regards

Matey....got exactly the same thing from Goodwood......8.00am is a bit harsh and I'm a bit closer than you.

As you say it must be a Repsol thing.........if you do go give us a shout as i'm in two minds at present as well and we could meet at Dartford Crossing......

I have watched a bit of this on TV but for me the crowds of punters attending is far too excessive for me to enjoy it .
