I bought a 3 year ABS HRC with extended warranty. Glad I did, paid £320 and this has already covered:

    FULL ABS Bleed
    Front Calliper service
    Headstock Bearing
    Fork Seals
    Front Wheel bearings

I have probably been a little unlucky with the bike but the problems have cost me zilch!

I bought the HRC with 12k on the clock and do at least 1K a month in a mix of heavy traffic and motorway, mixed in with a trackday or two

Hopefully this is the end of my issues :)

BTW on the last issue I was loaned a Honda Moped, it reminds you how good the blade is!

I hope so, picking my P&J up first thing tomorrow but it depend if I drink too much the night before!
Got a Track day on 11th June @ bedford, come alone it will be a laugh only 89 squids.

Re warranty, they covered everything no question, it's deffo worth it on a higher mileage bike

The loan bike I have at the mo is a 125 PCX, does 65 mph max and the brakes are just shit. Can't wait to get my monster back

Think I need to out a few more miles on the bike before I consider putting it on a track. Still settling in on it and scrubbing a new tyre in. Ill be out this weekend scrubbing it in.

FULL ABS Bleed? Thort this was a (every 2 years) service requirement not a warranty issue. Did you have ABS problem?

    Nick.

Yes I had a flashing ABS light, this was sorted by a calliper service and bleed. Touch wood all will be fine from now on.
