It is Benn but this looked really good and is just up the road from me... seemed rude not to go have a butchers! Has reignited my intrest in getting one though!!!
No didnt ride it as didnt get there till they were nearly closing. Said they'd let me have it for £2200. He said something about the forks may have been changed but wasnt sure as these may have been standard on that year.. anyone see anything unusual bout it?
5 owners Think about all the worn parts you can't see .I am not a negative type but there may be more than a shine to this sucker so try it and if you know a mate who knows about Forks /Fork seals wheel bearings /Head bearings ect then let him take a look..And remember don't rush there are plenty out there .
Yup I'm with Ken on this one .... get a ride (a long one) and see if you gel . Sure looks good from here
At this age it all comes down to condition. Number of owners isn't out of the ordinary, 3 years per owner is quite normal. Looks like a good bike but when buying at this price point it pays to be flexable and wait until a bargain presents itself (if you're patient it will, trust me). It's end of season now so don't rush into anything. Even if this is the bike for you chances are it will still be there and a bit cheaper in a month or twos time.
Agree with Givover 5 owners and barely used since 06 alarms bells started to ring. It looks a clean and tidy bike and tarted up to sell at that price in the present climate . doubtful mate
