hi my problem is that my oil light and hesd keeps coming on, i have check the oil and its ok, i have had the bike for a week and it only starting happening today, any ideas chaps....
has it recently had a new oil filter??? ive had this before on kwaks.... the oil filter gets an airlock if you fit it dry, rather than half filling it with oil then fitting it. theres a procedure known as 'burping' - with the bike idling, ( preferably on a cold start! ) loosen the filter slightly til oil weeps out then nip it back up. the light shouldnt come on again. if it's that!
Mate I had that problem make sure no water on ecu connections under tank cowl mine done it twice ubplug blow and hair drier them
Ha ha no way !!! I washed it with tank cowl off and that happened twice buddy have you washed it today ?
I know that bike like the back of my hand buddy if you don't wanna take it too dealer pop past mine the weekend I will sort it
I posted a thread on here a while ago about my HESD light coming on. I took it to the dealer and it was a tiny censor somewhere deep in the bowls of the wiring loom that had gone bad some how
its fine now, must just of been abit of water, i mite take u up on ur offer one day if im stuck or want sum advice mate
