So over the last week I paid a visit to Derbyshire and on the way up went to Custom Motorcycle Seats in Coventry to get my seats reshaped, fitted with gel inserts and recovered. It cost me £240 for both the rider and pillion seat and took Melvin (The Owner) a week to do them in amongst the rest of the seats he was doing at the time. After recieving them back I can say that I am very happy with the seats (as is my fiancée) they are much more comfortable, and look a million times better than the stock seat. Bearing in mind the Honda E Cushion seat is about the same price but just for the rider seat then I would say it is a better deal. Here are some photos before and after fitting. Should've done a search on here first! There's an ex Coach Trimmer who re-covers Bike seats and uses Gel or Comfort Foam. Does both seats for £70 + P&P, turn around in 3 days.
I saw that but even still I would have gone with custom motorcycle seats. As my dad has one that I have been on and I know it's a quality seat. I'd rather go with a supplier whose work I've seen in person.

Just sent James an e mail. I want my pillion seat done. Took the mrs on the back and she was sliding around all over the place! Apart from that she enjoyed it, first time for her on the blade.
