not exactly a sales pic is it?
that mustve been took just as it came in.
you would expect any dealer, or even private sale would valet the bike before advertising it???

mco are pretty good though, as dealers go. been around long enough.

Thank you guys. Im obviously doing this remotely as I work in Africa for 6 months of the year. Where I am at the moment. The next big question is this and this will dictate which decision i make this morning.

Do I or should I be looking at getting one with ABS ?? Ive been offered a new ABS one for 10,600, that was more than i wanted to spend really. I can get a non ABS one for around 8700 on a 2012 plate with a few miles on it.

So guys help me out this morning because I wanna sign off on one today, tomorrow at the latest because they are disappearing fast.

If you know any dealers etc that are willing to do a deal on my speedie and a Blade then let me know.

But the big question is ABS or not??

I suppose I could kinda answer it a little bit myself because the Speedie doesnt have it, and Im not a horrendoulsy fast rider.

    Your thoughts please gents.......................

Relax a little, slow down man - That's my advice. Why not wait until you're back and can view a yourself?

There's plenty of threads here on the ABS debate [I wouldn't bother with it based on what I've read], but it strikes me that you're rushing at this thing, which generally leads to less favourable results. There'll be plenty more for sale as time goes by!

^^^I think that's good advice there^^^, blade Honda seem to have a deal on every other weekend and there's not a shortage on blades to be honest mate.
Did you speak to Yorkshiregooner about his?

    Good advice above.

Like buses there will always be another one along shortly. People are buying and selling constantly, there will be no dry up in the supply chain of nearly new used Blades IMO. Sure once Honda UKs quota of new is sold, they only have 2 options, wait until next year or decide to pull bikes from another area if they are overstocked. But there is a supply of used very low mileage bikes always available, just requires a little patience.

Sounds like you might be getting a little Savannah fever down there and a itchy wallet :D

Well guys, thought I would update you all in case you hadnt realised, I HAVE bought a Blade at a good price and in mint condition. I decided to go for the Non ABS model on a 12 plate in the fastest colour.

Blademan has seen it at Kestrel and it looks beautiful.

Thanks for all your advice and yes Kentblade defo a case of itchy wallet lmfao :D

I would invest in R&G Radguard and Exhaust cover
That way things stay protected and covered up
