I was 25% when I first started.thats why I started with all the fitness.
I got to 11% then got stuck, thats when I ate loads of different amino
acids every day to shift the last bit. acetyl L carnitine being the main one,
take it about four times a day and it burns off a few percent of fat as it
turns it into energy, the down side is it feels like you have had an OD of coffee lol.
this is where I get all my stuff Amino Acids & Supplements including BCAA & Leucine from BULK POWDERS
oh and also eat loads of 1000mg omega oil cap's as they also are a fat burner,
your local chemist is the cheapest for these.

yeah but glutamine is the one you want.tablet form take it an hour
before working out but if you use bulkpowders 82% whey (which tastes really nice)
it has the glutamine in it so it is absorbed far faster so can be used
as a recovery shake after working out.their prices are a fraction of what
you pay for the brand names but its top quality stuff.

Same here, ON Gold standard & ON Micronised creatine all the way. Had my run with the myprotein/bulk stuff, but I need a half decent flavour if I'm gonna get this stuff down me regularly.

I tried my protein stuff but the bulk powers 82% whey tastes
Far better.as you guys said I look forward to it.its like a yazoo
    Milkshake only not as sickening.
The bcaa are found naturally in prime cuts of red meat and your
Body uses them to help break down the food you eat.
Take them without meat and they help weight control and
Muscle mass. Glutamine on the other hand only projects
Muscle loss so it is better.when you exercise you get a whole
Imbalance of glucose and insulin in your body that after a
While starts breaking down the muscle, glutamine fixes
This imbalance helping aid muscle recovery.
If you do hard cardio or big sessions of strength training
Taking ZMA before bedtime aids the muscle recovery and
Growth while you sleep so you don't wake up as sore.
It also gives you really mad lucid dreams which I like as
I never remember dreaming apart from when I take zma,
Wake up every time feeling amazing and on a high lol.

Im only 35 so waiting for my mid life fill.
Tbh I don't think I would go down as low as
8% again as everyone said I lost too much weight
And looked unhealthy even when I never felt better.
I done it as I was getting ready for the belfast marathon.
Problem is when you do go that low its stupidly easy
To put it back on....and then some lol

Its all genetics, thats why some can eat anything they want
With no worries but other's look at a bun in a shop window
    and gain weight.

Few years ago I dropped from 90 to 70ish kg and people said I looked gaunt. Even then had 20+ % body fat. Struggling to get back to 85kg now, bmi is never any good as am barely 5'8" but that is mainly down to build. Need to get back on the weight control myself, doing gym 3-5 times a week with a mix of cardio, resistance and swimming. Still losing bugger all though

    Genetics is Key here.

I can eat absolutely anything and put on Fek all, tis in the family along with a full head of hair till the grave!

What's given me some poundage in recent years is drinking Red Wine!
Stop the Wine, loose the extra, simple for me bar the fact I can't stop!

Tried the scales 10 mins ago because of this thread and I have actually come down from 16St 5lb to 15St 6lb so quite a suprise as I couldn't tell at all.

Bout 104kg down to 98.5kg at 6' dead.

The Blade will be quicker now I spose! :D

I met a guy who cleans our sites once nearly completed and he is a big lad and likes a drink ,anyhow the subject was discussed and he said that recently a girl across the road had set up as a Slimmers world rep ? And basically she give him some info and diet sheets he is not a bullshitter and said that in the first week he lost 7 lb and the diet seems to consist of eating baked spuds and beans or loads of bacon ( my type of diet ) so that may be a way forward . I have let the pork sneek up but with me when under pressure to complete a project on time I don't really worry too much but do nibble on chocolate or cheese not much of it but it all stacks up .eed to get the bike out but much prefer the Blade .;)

My wife was doing slimming world and lost 1.5 stone
In a month.you can eat as much fast foods as they call
Them like beans and low fat super noodles.the object
Is to eat often to keep the metabolism working all day.
If you do want to lose weight never skip a meal and
Breakfast is the most important. The general rule is
To eat something every three hours your awake, even
If that's a cereal bar an a apple and also plenty of sleep
As thats when your body burns of a lot of the days food.
If you do get stuck at a certain weight or fat percentage
Dont give up, its only after a minimum of 30 days that new
Exercises start to work, this is also the time when most
Lose faith and give up.thats why so many of them team
Beach body programmes work as they are 90 program's.

Your right BMI never works if your of a bigger build.
stuff ok if you a realativly straight up and down sort of guy and build to you and you have had it.

I needed a new suit only last week, got measured up cause according to the taylor i'm super skinny.........

that the way to make me feel good a normal jack might get a 8 inch drop to the waist....

fat lad here need a 16 inch drop...... 52 jacket down to a 36 waist...

    at the moment i'm 110kg

Im 6'4 and of large build, Even when I'm in good shape I weigh in at 17-17 1/2 stone and show up on docs charts as top end of obese lol and that's before I got fat!

If I went down to what the chart says I should be I would look extremely ill !
