Fitted these in February and not really used the bike much till my trip to IOM. I can't get on with them as my fingers end up overly stretched on the throttle side. Now I need to get them off. Looked at a few threads on google and most say wd40. Having went out and tried that all it's going to release is the outside rubber grip , not the full grip including the heated element. Any idea folks ?

Remove the bar end, push a long thin screwdriver between the grip and the throttle/clutch body and keeping it flat roll it around a bit. Spray wd40 into the gap, then twist and pull the grip off.

yeh i took mine off the sp in a similar way..... leave them on for 10 mins so theyre nice and hot, bar end off, poke the wd straw under the grip and give it a good blast.
may take a bit of twisting but they will come off.
