Just purchased a Hero3 cam new from eBay and it's so much better than the hero2. It's half the size and records sound so much clearer.

Also downloaded the app on my phone and can control it :D can turn it on and off, change the settings, start recording and live view the feed. That is so immensely cool!!!

Can't wait to get some footage on the bike :)

Got the same with the HD drift ghost camera. Bought it at the TT this year. Ace piece of kit like. Its cool that it has wifi and you can control it with the iphone. I have a remote control for it too that attaches to the bars :)

I treated me self to a gp3 too. Doesn't battery life annoy tho?
    Must be a larger option?
Anyone considered a live feed from battery?
I'd love some advise if that were an option

You can get the battery backpack for it mate. It doubles the battery life to around 8 hrs. I'll find a link. It bolts straight onto the rear of the GoPro and comes with a new casing so that it's all in 1. Good piece of kit.

    Here you go
    Battery BacPac

That's just 1 option. Go onto the GoPro site and there's a few options.

Other option if you have an optimate cable fitted is to get 1 of they're charging cables and run it up to the GoPro.
    OptiMate O-101 USB Charger

Had a go pro, changed to Drift Ghost with integrated screen WiFi remote and looks a lot neater IMO, oh and you can adjust the lens for a perfect level

    Elastiplasts to bike only....
Had two near misses yesterday heading out of Le Mans, one from some Cockerell on his phone driving who if I hadn't of been on top of him he'd of been on top of me.
& one from Mrs UK who so close to rear ended me due to a sticky front brake light switch which v.nearly caused her to bash from behind...... hard
Lost a mirror and mirror arm in the process tho
    All good ;)
