Took bike to get standard can put back on it. Looks and sounds so crap now. But at least it is only for a couple of days.
Still with original exhaust, and tail tidy still to be fixed on. But I love it. Oh and the wife's 600RR.
Two Wheels in Edinburgh. When we went to pick up her bike it was there, eyeing me up, begging to be bought. Victors let us down a bit, as the wife was all ready to become a blade owner too, but they never called her back. Such is life, we got good deals anyway. It's going into Victors tomorrow to get the Yoshi system put on it though. Just back from a gentle wee run to Strathaven and back via Hamilton with my mate on his R1. I didn't even know it had a gear indicator on it until I picked it up. Lol.
I will be in Victors tomorrow morning at 9:00, got the issue with the ABS brakes failing... bit of a pain! maybe see you there. I wanted to do the deal with Victors but they didnt come up with the goods infact the guy will remain nameless almost talked me out of the bike...such is life
My wife is taking my bike in, so you might see her there. At least Craig (the mechanic) is a top bloke. The guy you are talking about no longer works there.
It will be worth it mate. Hang in there. Might have a set of short, silver with black adjuster Pazzo levers that will fit it. Wife doesn't like them on her bike so trying to get her full length ones. Just in case you were interested.
You're gonna fookin hyperventilate mate and then I'll have to ride it back for you Ps buy the levers off of Ratser man!! Go on do it, do it, do it!!!
You can see the levers on the previous page on her bike. Short levers not everyone's favourite though, and that is the only reason she doesn't like them.
Aye, was in at 9:00 and awy like a thief in the night was getting picked up....that was a pity..... Looking at ASV leavers myself, not sure about the short ones as i have wee dumpy fingers..will have a look at the pazzo ones then
