Have non of you guys gone down this route instead of the PC?

    bazzaz.co.uk

I know that there is talk of HONDA going down the TC and QS route as an upgrade for next years Blade but why not stick the all singing all dancing Bazzaz on and surely you will have beaten them to it. Its certainly the route i will be looking at, have a mate with one on his GSXR1000 and he rates it as do many others on the gixerjunkies site.

I'd be interested in it. Not sure how much fiddling it takes though? I'd just like to fit, set & forget for the TC & QS, can it do this?

Loads of folk use it and seem to love it. It certainly has great support in the US. There are other TC & QS options too if you have a search around. You need to plan and buy the components carefully to ensure compatability.

Its plug and play by all accounts mate but would need a little time on the dyno if you wanted it set up a particular way. I think for around £7-800 you can buy the all singing all dancing version which is what my mate has (he paid just over £700). He has said that if i get a Blade and a Bazzaz he would fit for me (2 to 3 hours) apparently all the connectors are of OEM quality if not better and there is no need to chop into the existing loom.

The TC is a bit difficult to sort out, I have the optional TC and map switch which makes it a bit easier but is still not that easy.

How good can the TC be for that price though?

Motec costs 4 grand and they're knocking this out for a fift of the price.

Im sure it's good but I doubt I would trust the TC very much at all

I cant answer that mate sorry as i dont even have a bike at the mo. I would imagine its probably on par with the BMW system though and by all accounts the QS is better than the HM QS as the settings are more adjustable

From what I've hear it's a better quality set up than dyno jet anyway.

For the money it sounds very good too. Will be interested to see how it performs.

It would appear that the Bazzaz has been around for a few years as well, found this article earlier where they pitched the Blade fitted with the all singing version of Bazzaz up against the Ducati 1098r and it would appear the CBR performed very well indeed.

Mr. Bazzaz has a very long pedigree in racing which is easy to find out.
The kit itself is very good quality and the user interface is very adjustable, the TC is not anywhere as good as HRC or other sensor fitted TCs, it's never going to be and these are not perfect either, Rossi, Crutchlow and the ilk still high side............ but the Bazzaz does do a job for the price.
