Just spoke to dynojet uk and I'm booked in for 2 maps for the blade baffle out and baffle in cant wait woooooo 15th July . Then acu test 20th track day 21st busy boy July !
Hopefully they do a good job for me I ain't too bothered about bhp results its quicker than ill ever be just want it running at its best
Yeah pretty much the same that's why I'm gonna get the 2 maps done . Might even get the map switch as I'm idle lol
I know that dyno guys should know already but remind them about blocking the pair valve pipe before they start.
Good idea Wedgie, mine is done like that and there is a noticeable difference between the two and it is nice to be able to switch between them.
just my thoughts also. hear people say under 170BHP is low? the blade only makes standard 175 at the crank so When I got 161BHp at the back wheel and it felt better I was very happy. And I mean if it's standard with not much work
I'm not 100% so tell me if I'm wrong but it recirculated old exhaust gas has 2 openings on cam cover then pipes remove all this block them off frees up loads of space and easier to dyno
its a bit like Audi's egr valve, it injects fresh air into the exhaust to lower emissions so when put on a rolling road the dyno wont read the true air/fuel burn.blocking it also stops the exhaust popping on the over-run p.s.wedgie where did you buy the plates from, I can only find american suppliers.
Yeah buddy Kyle racing but anyone good with measurements mate could have some made these just glorified with Cbr logo that you never see
