I think them wheels should be handed over to me immediately to keep in a trust in case he ever decides to go back to a blade .I will ensure that they will be added to my bike as part of the trust which would be a minimum two year period .Do you think he is on a winner with this ?
Well I've decided to but the bike back to standard. Dvla are now dealing with all cherished number plates and are saying log book could take up to six weeks !!! So the zx10 deal is off for the time being but bike is still for sale,but apart from crash bungs and double bubble she's completely standard.
Makes sense Andy - the ZX10r will be there for a while, not exactly flying off the shelves this year Get some cash in the bank, reg plate sorted, then sell bike on - could allow you to get 'nearly new' ZX10 for a song maybe?
yup. im also having trouble with this, due to the bike with my plate has been off the road since nov'11 and theres a 3 mth gap between being taxed and sorned.... i did offer to pay the tax for the missing period but they want me to pay for the entire nov'11 til now lol, even though it was sorned from feb'12. until i have done this, they wont let me transfer my plate. dvla are fuckwits of the highest order. considering their lack of intelligence, i am still amazed they came up with this solution as it involved counting and adding, joined up writing, as well as getting my adress right.
Must admit mate, I have looked at these a few times and they are meant to be a proper weapon. Just a shame the bikes not the best looking- "oh bollox we forgot the screen, fook it lets just lash this on the front"

Guy who knows the wife recently got a new ZX10. Has rode it for 1,000 miles now and said he wishes he had a Blade instead.
Dare i say it - i'm pretty certain the kwak is a better bike. On the road and track!!! personally wouldnt have it, but it's some machine.
Agree JV, it certainly looks a topper, and is getting results in the races. Not sure of the exact reason for his comment, but will find out. The guy has certainly had bikes for years. Maybe just a personal thing, as the bike he has looks ace. Never rode one myself.
be interested to see what he didnt like about it mate... i'd have one as a track bike all day long tbh. would be a serious option if i changed the blade. looks fine in track trim
Ratser, see if your mate wants to trade his zx10 for Andy's Blade? Or sell it to Andy as it will prob be worth £1,500 less than a new one now.
