my past employer did alot of health screening, i was told by one of the quacks if you lift any weight, do heavy manual labor or even have a chest bigger that 44" you can't make that normal level...... that was me screw from bee about 15. i think the key is what make you feel good. ... i prefer the tailors fitting size .... as i'm super skinny...... that really p1ssed of a colleague as has turned a heath freak and lost over two stone....... i so quick running ect. it would be good though just shirt off the peg..... i really need to get my leathers sorted as i could stuff a KFC bargin bucket up the frount...........tested
well I would argue with that if its HITT cardio, every 45 mins burns 450-800 calories. I didnt eat clean as I hate veg with a passion and im a big pizza fan but I still lost two stone even when according to "my fitness pal" I was packing away 2.5k calories a day. this was my insanity 30 day check in pics (halfway point)

Well the weight isn't going anywhere. Been trying some acetyl L carnitine for the last few days and caffine od is more enjoyable however the effect is lessening every day, same as the dodgy guts . On the upside I had an old fart's checkup today, the one they give for the over 40s. Cholesterol and Blood sugar are fine, heart rate and blood pressure are good, but surprise surprise BMI is shite. Nurse was a bit dismissive of it as she said I didn't appear to be as bad as it said. At the end they give you a risk score taking everything into account, above 20 is refer to Doctor time and I scored 4 Blooming Missus had knobbled me when she booked the appointment for me though. Got asked some pointed and leading questions and so the nurse also took some bloods for a thyroid check, something I have been avoiding for years. Must remember to not let the Missus book any more medical stuff for me.
make sure you take acetyl L carnitine on an empty stomach or before exercises because if you have a full stomach it just uses that for the energy.basically it gives you extra energy and body fat it a battery of energy your body taps into when there is no food.....and it is only after 30 days of a new diet or exercise that the burn starts.thats why most fail as they get impatient and give up too soon.
Fookin hell that Insanity lives up to it's name. Just did the 1st day fit test and I am wiped out, not even sure of my scores at the moment as I'm not sue what counts as one on things like the Power Jacks. Cardio was mental though and hands are trembling a bit 15 mins later. Will stop boring you all now
Lol wait until pure cardio day...that sorts then men out from the boys lol. But what score's you did record you should beat In week two's Fitness test.just keep it up and check the comparison pics you Have after 30 days...and then think realize that they say month Two is when the proper burn takes place

Wouldn't say going for it, more like dieing Ached like a bugger this morning and that was just with the test. Did first lot tonight and I was a sweaty heap who ached liked a achy thing on achy day in achyville . Oh well will see how it goes tomorrow, one day at a time and all that.
its worth it coupe, makes you feel a slightly less lazy buggar lol. dont worry about the pain, it dies off after day three, its because your using muscles you didnt know you had lol
