Daft thing is that it is my thighs that seem to be suffering the most. Oh well another go tonight, but that will probably be it for this week as I don't have anywhere to do it at home.

I done it in my living room, thats small, you just have to try not to
travel as much in the suicide drills.
still gives you a good workout.

2 kids and a dog eat up any semblance of space. That and the fact the missus has started up a craft company means there is bugger all space really. At least in the hotel I can shift the bed etc. Will try and get to the gym instead.

With any form of dieting and weight loss, you and your results are only as effective as the effort you put In and what you put into your body.

You simply cannot out-train a bad diet.

The only truly effective diet isn't based upon calories or supplements, it's called the 'caveman' diet and for good reason.

Man survived for centuries eating only what he could kill, grow in ground and pick off of trees.

It's only the last 60-70 years that man has started eating processed foods with additives and preservatives. It is no coincidence that a rise in obesity a d cancers have been recorded at the same time.

Detox the body for 28 days and you will feel like a new person. You will also then be able to see what food types your body doesn't like.

    For 28 days.

No caffeine - coffee, green tea or regular tea. (Google 'Caffeine vs Cortisol')

    No alcohol.

No wheat - bread, cereals, biscuits. (The human body wasn't designed to digest wheat. Causes bloating)

No dairy - milk, cream, butter, spread, cheese, chocolate. (We are the only mammal on the planet that drinks the milk of another mammal. The human body isn't designed for cows, goats or any other milk. We can't digest lactose)

No processed - no tins, jars, packets etc.

If it doesn't look like it has been freshly butchered, pulled from ground or picked from trees, DON'T eat it.

Drink 1x litre clean water per 50lb bodyweight daily. So if you weigh 200lb you should be drinking 4x litres daily.

Keep fruit intake low and balance fruit with nuts.

It is alot easier than it may seem and by the end you will feel healthier, more alert, sleep better and have more energy.

Your manifesto fascinates me, Hallstar and I may wish to subscribe to it. Just one quick question.....When you say no alcohol, you're just jesting with us, aren't you.....?

    No alcohol means no alcohol.

It's all about detoxing your entire body so you have a clean slate to work from.

oh i can do it, done it before but diet is my main thing, i do weights and play a bit of rugby.

to keep thr e protein level up i need so need around 230g a day.... been constantly on different sites ect getting this sometime comes for poor sources.

i started to reduce my carbs and jesus i went so week so quickly, i could barely lift my starting weight on the bench let along the 80% lift.

so i do have to be careful how i reduce my carb intake...... but need to do something

    yer its good stuff

    i like the impact whey,
    oat and whey for breakfast.

BCAA is really good once you get the hang of taking it.... lemon cordial left 10 minute to mix better.. this really stops the aches and pains. take 1 hour before you train and the straight after.
    and L glutimine

for the love of it don't try the bedtime extreme its horrid , like drink chalk

I keep up with most of the lighter juicers even don't have that pumped look...... glad really don't want to be a boiled sausage

Nothing compares with a balance of the four food groups. Sugar, salt, lard and beer. Some say they don't do any good, but I shovel them in my gob each and every day and I'm as big as a house, so they must work.

Holland and Barrett Cookie & Cream whey protein is pretty tasty. I use it afterwards and also as an appetite suppressant if I am doing a fasting day. Their chocolate one on the other hand is awful.
