@Martinowen. I'm not sure what time you are planning to arrive at Paignton, but you might want to keep an eye on HighwaysAgency live updates and consider your route in. SatNav will prob take you A380 > Newton Abbot > Kingskerswell > Bypass > Paignton. Depending on time or day, I would avoid this route like the plague as they are building a new road network along Kingskerswell > Newton Abbot and last week when I was heading for Paignton late morning it was tailed back up A380 for about 4-5 miles. Consider taking A38 > Dartington > Totnes > Paignton. Might cost you an extra 15-20 mins but will save sitting in traffic in 20+ temps. Have a good holiday, Torbay has some real beauty and great things to see and do.
