So thinking: Any good movies you have seen lately? cinema or DVD/Ble Ray? Any good TV shows your would recommend? I am enjoying Terra Nova on sky 1. not bad. Mythbusters is always good. as is how it is made. Also "I am number 4 " was good as was Ironclad, So what do your recommend?

I dont really watch much T.V.. I record Racing over the weekend and watch it in the mornings before work . after work my boy has Spongebob on then we rent a film on Apple TV . Normally my favs from when i was a kid . Back to the Future ,The Goonies , explorers , Time Bandits , Flight of the Navigator , Labyrinth , the Dark Crystal etc . we watch all the latest kids films but its the oldies normally
As I said last night, elsewhere, I am currently lapping up 'This is Jinsy'. The new 'Boardwalk Empire', Idiot Abroad 2'. Mythbusters (despite them starting to scrape the barrel). I was a huge 'Deadliest Catch' fan but it's lost something since Phil Harris died and is beginning to look a bit contrived. BBC's 'Ocean Giants' was superb. Like the Beeb of old, and I have too admit to a soft spot for 'Dr Who'.
So now we know it was the mid '80's when time stood still in South Wales.......... Still, great call on 'Time Bandits', dude. Gilliam at his peak!
If you haven't already seen it, get 'The Worlds Fastest Indian' on DVD. Such a fantastic and inspirational film based on a true story about a biking legend 'Burt Munro'. I won't spoil the story by saying any more about it, but do yourself a favour and get it. JD
Great shout Jonny. I've found it hard to pass a Lemon tree since I first saw it. And Carl. That is soooooo sweet. She is definitely going to put out tonight, dude.
One of the best films I saw this year was Inception with Di Caprio in and Shutter Island ! Both weird stuff !
Just posted this in guilty pleasures, but in terms of TV: Sons of Anarchy, Planet Dinosaur, True Blood, House, The Body Farm, Castle, Strike Back, and Terra Nova. Mrs Vino also makes me watch X Factor....oh, and The Regular Show on Cartoon Network's pretty funny Good films I've watch recently: Taken, I am Number 4, Limitless, Battle Los Angeles, Ironclad, The Eagle, Tropic Thunder
It's got to be the new series of idiot abroad, just got back from a weeks course and one of the kids had cancelled my skybox from recording it! Grrrrrrr
Le me in on sky movies at the moment watched last night. very good movie Let Me In (2010) - IMDb with Chloe Moretz from Kick ass
Really? I don't know mate. There's more angst ridden teenage vampires on the telly at the moment than there are has beens and wannabe's in sequins. I like my bloodsuckers in sharkskin waistcoats and swallow tail coats, preferably with a Titanium Katana shoved down the back of it.
