Q plate due too frame change???

    Been offered a very cheap gixer main reason is because its Q plated, apparently this is because the the bike had a frame change a few years ago.
    Does this ring alarm bells should I avoid?

    That might be true! Or might have been a stolen and recovered, problem will be when you come to insure it as most companies will avoid it like the plague and those that do will up the premium.

    Might be ok if you just want as a track day bike?

    I have been looking for a 2nd bike as we went down to one car because of money probs, and she needs the car alot for school runs etc. I don't use my blade in the rain and never will so looking at srads etc.

    This is a k3 600 and 1400quid, would also maybe take that on a trackday as too scared to take the blade as she's mint lol
