Oh my yes... Sometimes I'll just pull the car out of the garage onto the drive and just walk into town. Jeanette's favourite car park in Exeter was down near the historic quay, well off the shopper route, in fact, only about a mile inside the city limits. It was £2.80 to park there all day. She'd pitch up on a Saturday morning, wander up into the hairdresser's for four hours (no, I don't get it, either) then have a bimble around the shops and back. Then overnight, it was £8.00.... And now the city fathers are on everyone's back over not going into the city centre to shop... Go anywhere pretty around here and you get a similar issue. Let's not spoil the look the place, bung double yellows everywhere...Then, 'why does nobody come here anymore?'

Went home at lunch time and got my bike, and took it to work for the afternoon. And my downpipe guard came today, so will be fitting that tonight. Now if only JimGlasgow would get in touch re my tail tidy !!!
