My plan over the next 2 or 3 years is to eventually track the blade and possibly buy an RSV for the road.

Any of you guys had a go on one? Would love to hear some stories or feedback on what you think of the bike.

    Cheers

My pal has one it could not keep up with my old 2011 Blade. Throw it into twisties though and the Ohlins kit/brakes make it a bike.

Quite small tried one before I bought the S1000RR not for me.

More soul than a S1000rr ;), I would also say that they do not FEEL as quick in straight line as the late blades, but I think you find that they are
Power delivery is silky smooth from low to very high up in the rev range, the sound that comes from it is SOOOOOO addictive
Handling wise I can honesty say its is the best bike that I have ever rode, it is so easy and so precise its ridiculous good
Although they look small I do find it more comfortable than the blade as well, brakes are Brembo and that's all that needs to be said about them
I've got an APRC and the electronics on it just work perfectly with out you hardly noticing, QS works well but sometimes I have to take a double stab to go from 3rd to 4th
What I will say is that some do have problems and Aprilia are a bit slow in getting parts out to put things right, mine is in for a recall at mo for a coolant manifold which is going to be about two more weeks  also thought it was a good time for them to put the race ECU in :D
All in all I love it and can't see me changing for sometime

The RSV4 Factory has just won the Fast Bikes Performance Bike of the year by some margin.

Might be my next road Bike and I also will keep the Blade for Track use only.

This seems an excellent buy?

It is in the corners mate but I got totally dropped on the straights by the R1 and gixxer1000's. Was actually quite disappointed.... :(
