North East Scotland meet

It's been proposed we could meet in Stonehaven for a chipper or coke at the harbour,then out thru Banchory and up to Braemar. Everyone's invited.
The 10th or 11th aug are possible dates,let me know what you think.
I'd be travelling up from Perth so anyone from Fife or Angus who wanted to meet en-route are welcome

I`ll be up for this too as I should have the new blade by then so a good chance to geet some mileage on it
It`ll all depend tho if I`m home from offshore at the time but I`ll keep you posted

 

Can i join mate I've a Red Bull RC8, had a RR8 Blade but got written off by a careless driver, I live between Forfar and Brechin

That's cool mate,never seen an RC8 on the road yet,only at shows. Sorry to hear about the blade,all too common these days,mate got wiped out couple months ago just south of crianlarich,road was shut for 5 hours as police thought it was gonna turn into a fatality,thankfully air ambulance to Glasgow saved his life. He'll be off work for up to a year and be lucky to regain full use of his left arm,but at least the driver has been charged with dangerous driving.

 

Lets hope this north east weather comes good for the photos then

I'm nightshift on the Saturday so probly be in bed til lunchtime on the Sunday so it's a no show for me guy's

 

It's a no go for me too as offshore till 14th August and not getting bike till 17th.
Have fun though and I'm sure I'll catch next one

Was thinking 12.30 at bay chipper for those wanting lunch then 1pm harbour for a "coke" then off towards Braemar. For those in Angus/Fife,or anyone looking for a longer ride,back over Glenshee
If it was Saturday I'd be running later,about 1pm at the chipper,couldn't miss that,need feedin

Go straight past tesco towards the town,past the prison and you'll see the park,carpark is on the right hand side at the bottom.
