I ve the Spies Rep (Black and white one) its a snug fit but a bit louder than by old Arai RX7 GP this is due to vents being open directly and they does a good job of keeping your bounce cool but can let a bit of rain in too ! plus far easier to change visors unlike the Arai !! ......... I guess its all about decent fit and this suits me far better than the Arai..... A good overall lid id say....

AGV is the worst lid range for me in that case, Im normally a M57/58 lid but there too narrow and no matter the shell size i pick up still canny get it over my baw heed!

HJC I can get on but its either has to much room n head can shake about inside, or I can get it on but it squishes ma head!

That's really why I would suggest trying on models you are thinking about buying.:D

Yeah man, I will def try one on before I get one, as like you say, each brand can be quite marmite for each person... But do like it must admit...

Jimbo the correct term your looking for is "prostitute"! :D

Everyone's gotta earn some extra cash if they can. Hope you didn't have to work too hard for the £600 Andy.

i have that lid but different colour and do 200 miles a week with no bother,i had an arai viper before that which compared to the hjc found really heavy also think the vents are a lot better than the arai, might just be with me but a also found that at higher speeds the hjc didnt move around as much as the arai (just my 2 bobs worth)

I used to buy Arai, but found the HJCs to be the same fit, much better value, more features etc...
Must have had 6 or 7 now, maybe more: they are so cheap compared to the Arai's I buy them a lot more regularly.

Can't rate them highly enough, sensibly priced, most models do well in the product tests and have out performed more expensive brands in the tests I've read, and I'm unfortunate enough to have tested two to destruction myself - no head injuries.
